Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older — or have parental or guardian consent — to use CoffeeOn services.

Don't break the law on our platform. Specifically: no unauthorized access attempts, no malware distribution, no illegal content sharing, no resale of CoffeeOn services without written consent.

Orders are placed via the app or on-machine interface. Prices are listed in SAR and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken upfront. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

CoffeeOn retains exclusive rights to all platform content, software, branding, recipes, and machine designs. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

CoffeeOn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the value of the order or service that gave rise to it.

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or who use the platform in a way that endangers other customers, our infrastructure, or our partners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Riyadh.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new 'Last updated' date. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance.
