Information we collect
We collect basic personal information you give us directly — name, email address, phone number — and behavioural data from app usage (recipes saved, machines used, session length). We do not collect biometric or financial data beyond the tokenized payment identifiers required to process a transaction.
How we use your information
We use it to provide, operate, and improve the service: to process your orders, deliver your saved profiles to any CoffeeOn machine, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations under Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC data protection frameworks.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information for marketing. We share data only with vetted service providers (payment processors, cloud infrastructure) and only when legally required by competent authorities.
Cookies and tracking
Our site and app use cookies and equivalent identifiers to keep you signed in and to measure performance. You may disable them; some features will be limited if you do.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and apply role-based access controls inside the company. No system is bullet-proof — but we treat that limitation as a constant engineering problem, not a footnote.
Data retention
We retain your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. When you delete your account, we remove personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hi@coffeeon.global. We will respond within statutory timeframes.
Children's privacy
CoffeeOn is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in jurisdictions with adequate protection or under contractual safeguards consistent with KSA Personal Data Protection Law.
Changes to this policy
We will post material changes here and update the 'Last updated' date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
